Our Projects

1. Education:

We provide scholarships to the best high school graduates to help them afford college tuition. Also, we are at the forefront of the fight against the digital divide by equipping high schools and universities with computers and books we collect in North America. Our most important project is supporting the rehabilitation and equipment of community run primary schools buildings in African villages.

Actions include:

·        Insuring basic maintenance of villages schools buildings

·        building toilet facilities,

·        providing desks,

·        providing books and writing materials

2. Health:

We are organizing a community-based response to the HIV/AIDS infection in African Villages.

Our goal is to achieve sustainable reduction of HIV/AIDS infection spread by empowering and building the capacity of local communities in developing and disseminating effective behavior changes strategies, quality counseling and testing, and appropriate health care support services, in partnership with the private and public sectors. The project will implement a package of simple, cost-effective and culturally adjusted interventions including:

·        Prevention of HIV/AIDS transmission through community sensitization and behavior change, promotion of preventive technologies (condoms), and STD prevention, detection and treatment.

·        Awareness and early identification of HIV/AIDS through voluntary counseling and affordable testing (VCT).

·        Reduction in mother-to-child transmission of HIV with simple drug regiment.

·        Palliative care, opportunistic infection treatment and prevention of infection with cotrimoxazole prophilaxis for symptomatic HIV-infected people.

·        Training of home caregivers for psychological support to families living with HIV/AIDS.

3. Drinking Water and Reforestation
